can't come to the door right now
Well to start off I'll share a few tracting stories. We knocked on this door and this lady came and opened it and we told her who we were and she goes "oh I really cant come to the door right now" AS SHE WAS TALKING TO US AT THE DOOR hahahhaha it was pretty funny. Then we knocked on this guys house and he was super hot and sister glenn stuttered SO bad cause we never see hot boys here hahahahha it was hilarious.
Best news of the week - RAYMOND SAID YES to baptism!!! He is on date for the 22nd of February! We had a lesson with him about covenants and we invited him to make a covenant with god by being baptized (3rd time we have invited him to be baptized) and he finally said yes. I've never seen a human so happy before. He was smiling ear to ear. It is crazy how far he has come and how much he has changed. I felt true joy hearing him say that three letter word. He told us he has been putting it off for no good reason and that he finally decided to let God in. He called on saturday and told us he woke up and got all ready for church and was getting ready to leave when he realized it wasn't sunday Haha. But he woke up and did it all again the next day :') He told everyone he came in contact with at church that he was getting baptized. He is so excited. He calls the plan of salvation, "the salvation plan" HAHAHA hes so cute.
This week we had interviews with our president and he asked what he could do for me. I told him some things i was stressed/anxious about and he interrupted me and goes "do you trust the lord?". It was kind of a slap in the face, but one that I needed. It's so easy to worry or to get caught up in things but if we trust the lord and trust his timing then everything will work out how it's supposed to. And it's all for a reason and for our benefit!! We should trust the one person who can see the entire picture!! I'm so grateful for my heavenly father and that he has a plan for me. I know he has one for each of you as well!!
