I moved back to Virginia!

Yes I am still alive and yes we have been in isolation for 6 days so far. Doing missionary work from your apartment is not easy!! I got transferred on friday and I am now in Radford, Virginia! It was sad to say bye to Sister Russell and Raymond :( Our first few days of quarantine were pretty crazy. We got put in a trio with someone named Sister Weiman that thought she had covid so she got put with us?? Still not sure why. But we reenacted the book of mormon videos and played lots of cards and tried to have some lessons over the phone. Sister Weiman had asthma so she got sent home. Everyone with asthma is getting sent home :( Hopefully it will just last a couple weeks and then go back to normal. My new companion is sister stoddard. She is so sweet. Radford is such a blessed area. They had someone on date before I got here (carl) and we just barely got another person on date for baptism!! His name is Perry. We asked him if he had prayed to God about being baptized. He said "yeah i talked to him. He told me I probably should". Woohoo! I grew up in Virginia so I am so happy to be back :) it's beautiful. I already love the people here so much.
With all of the time we have, I have been able to read a lot of the book Saints. It has strengthened my testimony of the restoration so much! It's amazing to hear of the faith people had and all of the miracles that occurred to bring forth this marvelous work!! I always think of Jospeh as a perfect saint and servant but he was so imperfect and so human just like the rest of us. But God gave him so many second chances to repent and become better! I'm so grateful for a forgiving and merciful God! He forgives all who with come unto him with a broken heart and a contrite spirit. Even when we think we are unforgivable. All because of Jesus Christ, the Son of God!
Alma 33:11 "And thou didst hear me because of mine afflictions and my sincerity; and it is because of thy Son that thou hast been thus merciful unto me, therefore I will cry unto thee in all mine afflictions, for in thee is my joy; for thou hast turned thy judgments away from me, because of thy Son""

The world is crazy right now but there is nowhere I would rather be than here in Radford VA! Im so grateful to be a missionary! Hope everyone is staying happy and healthy! I love you!
All my prayers and love and hugs, sister b
