It is not finished
As I have watched friends and missionaries from all over the world go home from their missions the past couple of weeks, I have been so blessed to be serving in the states with no health concerns. Before I got my mission call, I begged and pleaded with the Lord to call me somewhere foreign. I wanted so badly to go to a different country with different languages and cultures and people. Not going to lie, when I found out I got called to West Virginia, I wasn't the most thrilled. But, I accepted it and went forward with faith trusting that the Lord had a reason for it. And now I look back, SO grateful for my call to West Virginia. I feel so lucky to be able to continue to serve. The lord knew this would happen. He knew missionaries around the world, and even some in the states, would have to return home. This opportunity to stay out makes me want to serve EVER harder!! I'm so grateful for his hand in my life and for his personal awareness of me.
This week I have learned on a deeper level that I am His daughter, His missionary, and His disciple. The work goes on. It will not be finished until God says it is finished. He is so much GREATER than this quarentine. He is LIMITLESS. This is His work and His glory. I am grateful and honored to be a part if it at this time and in this place <3
