I know that God knows that I know

Along with Henry B. Eyering, these past 6 months of studying the restoration, priesthood power, and personal revelation, has been a hinge point for my own history and testimony. 
I loved Neil L. Anderson's talk about the defining spiritual moments in our lives that can form a solid foundation for our testimonies. He said we need to embrace and acknowledge our sacred memories and that as we do, we will experience more! We can fall back on those experiences and remember the feelings we had and the spirit that we felt during those times. Nobody can take away your personal witness. We can remember and KNOW, "what I recieved was from heaven!" We should ask God to help us remember our sacred and spiritual experiences and hold them close to our hearts so that we never doubt God's reality and love for us.
I KNOW that GOD KNOWS that I KNOW that He is there and that he knows and loves me. 

We found someone new this week!! We had an awesome lesson over the phone with him. He is super into church history and intrigued with how the church came to be. He was asking questions about books and journals and doctrines that I had literally never even heard of. Haha. We focused him back on the primary questions before we tried to answer the secondary questions. Because if he doesnt have a testimony of the book of mormon, or of joseph smith, then he will never understand the concepts he is trying to grasp. His questions will remain unanswered without a foundation of the basic truths. At the end of our lesson, he asked if we could start doing book of mormon study groups with him!! We were like DUH!! So I am super excited about him. Something obviously captures and intrigues him about our church. He is prepared. 

I am so grateful for modern day prophets and apostles and for my savior and for loving heavenly parents. I'm so grateful for the sealing power that allows my family and I to be together forever. I'm so grateful to know that the heavens are open and I can receive revelation for my own life and answers to my deepest questions. I know that the church of jesus christ of latter day saints is christ's restored church on the earth!
